Following a bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Johan was involved in customer service and order management right from the start of his career. He held senior management positions in the European Logistics and Supply Chain organization of a leading global Hi-Tech company, where he was responsible for manufacturing planning, support and management reporting on EMEA level.

In 2001 Johan took an assignment for a major turnaround project at the EMEA Customer Support Center of a leading global Telecommunications company, where he significantly boosted both customer and employee satisfaction through leadership, business process and organization redesign and people management of both the Demand Fulfillment and the Customer Contact teams.

Through his experience Johan has become an expert in complex logistics, supply chain, customer service and order management environments. With his wide experience Johan has the ability to work at and with all levels of an organization, from senior management to the operational execution level

In 2008 Johan joined Riverland as Managing Partner of the Services division. Here Johan will build on his strengths to service Riverland customers with tailored solutions in the Demand Fulfillment chain: Business Intelligence, People and Processes.
