
Following his degree in Industrial Engineering and Management science Guido quickly developed himself from Industrial engineer and Logistics Manager to Plant Manager. In 1993 he started at Franklin Mint Inc, a private corporation. The last three years of the total seven years working period, he was the General Manager FM Europe/Holland Operations, in which he had the overall P&L and functional responsibility for the European market.
After Guido filled a position as Director of International Logistics and Production for three years at Hasbro, worlds second largest toy company, he started to work on interim base in 2002. According to Guido the world of interim management is very exciting. “You have to be up and running from the first moment you enter the organization. Customers expect results and things getting done, which suits my personality.”
Guido has international experience in B2B and B2C logistics and operational environments including strategic development, procurement, outsourcing, man management, financial control, change and program management. He is an enthusiastic, hands-on people manager with excellent people management skills. Since 2008 Guido joined Riverland as senior consultant.
