Following her logistics management degree, Fréderique directly started her career at a worldwide multinational computer technology and IT consulting corporation, as country planner spare-parts, where she soon became team leader. Later she became member of a global division planning project within this organization.

Not only did she accept a new job as a sales support manager for a multinational manufacturing corporation in 2000, she also started a post higher professional education as project manager. Always open to take on new challenges, she became an Interim Resource Manager, where she was responsible for coaching and managing eleven interim professionals. Subsequently Fréderique was employed at a world leader in healthcare, lifestyle and lighting company, and grew from change manager in SCM, to staff member Supply Chain. From 2004 she worked four years as a Supply Chain Manager for a large International health group.

Fréderique is still eager to learn. She regular follows courses, such as 'Financial & accounting update' course in 2007 and a course 'Setting Objectives' in 2008. “It's my natural habit to look for positive changes and improvements.” In 2009 Fréderique joined Riverland as a senior consultant, where she can fully dedicate her multi-talented skills.
